The goal of the conference

1- Highlight on the necessity of preserving the Iraqi marshes and their biodiversity as well as keeping them within the global heritage

2- Determination and treatment of the various pollution problems are in water bodies

3- The possibility of taking advantage of the most important modern environmentally friendly methods

4- A great opportunity is for scientific cooperation and exchange of experiences between researchers from various research centres and local and international

5- Review of the most important ideas and techniques could be used in the management and sustainability of water resources.

الهدف من المؤتمر:

1 – تسليط الضوء على ضرورة الحفاظ الاهوار العراقية  و التنوع الاحيائي فيها و بقاءها ضمن لائحة التراث العالمي.

2 – تحديد و معالجة مشاكل التلوث المختلفة الموجودة في المسطحات المائية.

3- امكانية الاستفادة  من اهم الطرق الحديثة الصديقة للبيئة.

4- فرصة طيبة للتعاون العلمي و تبادل الخبرات بين الباحثين من مختلف المراكز البحثية و الجامعات المحلية و الدولية.

5- الاطلاع على اهم الافكار و التقنيات المستخدمة في ادارة و استدامة الموارد المائية.
